Living Your Best Life
Living our best life can seem so far from where we are at this moment in time, it seems an impossible goal to achieve. Maybe anxiety, lack of motivation or believing we are not good enough keeps us from living the life we dream about. What does your best life look like? Is it living in the moment? Is it living without anxiety or is it working in your dream job? Is it connecting with those you love or simply loving yourself warts and all!
Contemplating Change
Sometimes life can give us lemons. Something unexpected happens, the loss of work, a recent diagnosis, a relationship split or sadly we have lost someone we love and it has rocked our world. Change can be difficult and often we feel stuck - between a rock and a hard place!
Living with a chronic illness or disability can cause social and emotional problems for individuals. Changes in relationships and in the ability to continuing working, financial stress, the dreaded fear of potential medical outcomes, further physical decline, or worry about upcoming social events can cause stress, anxiety, and feelings of grief and loss.
If you are experiencing any of the above issues related to your chronic illness or disability and would appreciate a safe space to talk where you feel supported please reach out to chat.
